How our corporate marketing team brought a personalized, creative marketing campaign to Lifeologie’s Dallas-Fort Worth and Michigan locations.

One thing practice owners often struggle with is figuring out new and creative ways to stay in touch with their community referral sources. 

“It can be exhausting to always be coming up with fun, interesting ways to reach out to community contacts that are so important,” says Lifeologie Counseling Grand Rapids Co-Owner Katie Zuverink.  

“Besides that, having an idea and taking it from concept to creation and delivery is its own, time-consuming process. It takes a ton of effort… most of our clinicians and business owners don’t have the bandwidth to see a project like that through. That’s where corporate comes in.” 

Lifeologie Franchising’s internal marketing team ensures the franchisees receive quarterly marketing campaign ideas and resources to keep their location(s) top-of-mind in their respective communities.

To round out Q1, our campaign theme was “Peace Out, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)” The goal was to celebrate the end of winter and its impact on mental health in a quirky and engaging way, so the team quickly landed on the idea of groovy, customized cookies to promote the campaign concept. 

“With the end of winter and slow of COVID-19, we wanted to give our franchisees a way to get in front of their top referral sources in person as a way to thank them for their partnership,” said Alexis Natale, marketing manager at Lifeologie Franchising. “I have seen intricate, beautifully decorated cookies all over social media and told the team we needed to find a way to incorporate this trend into our marketing efforts, and that’s how our Q1 campaign came to life!”

The cookies were individually wrapped to ensure the health and safety of all involved and given to Lifeologie partners and referral sources in sets of 4 with a matching postcard (shown below). The corporate team sourced local, small business bakeries to bring this campaign to life at participating franchise locations.

Hanamade Cookies (shown at right, @hanamade.cookies) made the cookies for our DFW locations! They turned out absolutely incredible and she was so easy to work with!
